Do any of your social work departments use Memory Making Kits to provide  items like handprint kits, framed poems, etc. for the families of patients who pass while in the hospital?  I received a funding request that was approved by our leadership team, but a Friends Board member is asking what other other hospitals provide this.  Please show me the support so I can tell her it is a good thing. :)
