Hello!

We have an Observer program for community members who are interested in shadowing in the hospital. We tend to get a lot of international physicians/students who want to come and observe and wondering if anyone has any practices/policies in place, specifically for international observers?

Our shadow program goes through our education department. We do have a form that everyone must fill out before they are allowed to shadow. https://waverlyhealthcenter.org/students-interns/  might give you more ideas.
