If your hospital system uses EPIC's My Chart, do you have volunteers rounding to assist with MyChart education, log-in issues, etc. for inpatients? My IT team is asking for assistance from volunteers and I'm trying to develop processes for this. I think my students will be fine doing something this summer and they can help me build some guidelines, but wondering if any other system does this that might have some insight on how they involve volunteers, any training materials, etc.
