I have been asked to research methods for employees to self-document volunteer hours in our communities.

What volunteer database do you utilize to document hospital volunteer hours?
Do you utilize the same database to document employee volunteer hours?
How do employees document their own hours? Do they utilize an app? If so, what is the name of the app?
Do they enter information into a document/form? If so, what type of document is it and where does it live?
