It is with great excitement that, alongside our incredible steering team, we share the release of the first annual National Volunteer Services Benchmarking Report!

After years of thoughtful development and several months of in-depth data analysis, we are proud to finally bring this resource to you. Thank you for the time, insight, and trust you contributed many months ago. This report would not exist without your participation.

We hope that this report offers meaningful, actionable insights to help you better understand, support, and grow your volunteer services programs and teams.

To access the report:

You will need to create a username through The Beryl Institute’s Qualtrics account. To get started, please complete this brief user access survey:

Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps. (Please allow up to 2 hours for your account to be created before attempting a login.) After your account is set up, you will be able to explore the report in a dynamic way by filtering data, downloading visuals, and generating a customized report tailored to your needs.

A few Navigation Tips: 

When you open the report, if you click on “Introduction” it will allow you to navigate the pages based on sections. 

Filters are located at the top “Organization Status”, “Primary Setting”, etc. and can easily be applied to the data by clicking on the drop-down arrow. 

To download the report, click the down arrow in the top right corner, titled “Export Dashboard.”
