We are a small rural hospital with a Volunteer Auxiliary Program (under 30 volunteers).   Everything is still done on paper with the group.  Does anyone have a ROI calculator they are willing to share so I can brag on their value for the hospital? I have used the online calculator from Sterling Volunteers in the past.
