Prior to Covid, we would have community groups come in to sing/play instruments in lobbies, or do caroling to approved units.
Has anyone brought this sort of thing back since reopening programs after the height of the pandemic? Any process changes?

Yes, we have brought this back in our main lobby. When they first returned, there were no wind instruments or singing -- only guitar, piano, harp. However, we now have everyone back, and it is wonderful to have that healing music presence!
