coordinate volunteer opportunities for local college students with entity 

I manage all aspects of volunteers services, Gift Shop and a Coffee Bar for the Auxiliary.  For the hospital system, I work with local high schools to do education about healthcare careers as well as manage our internal volunteer program where our staff go out into the community to volunteer.  I also manage an external call center (a nurse triage line) that was left over from an older position I held that I just don't think the system knew where to put it so I kept it!  Several months out of the year, I organize the medical component of Hotter'N Hell Hundred a large community based bicycle ride  which consists of managing 18 medical tents.
