    Best Practice to Increase Gift Shop Sales and Loyalty

    Scott will explore practical ways to boost your gift shop’s sales while keeping volunteers excited to return and discover new merchandise. He’ll share in‑depth insights on the “tried and true” products he has successfully carried in the two hospital gift shops he has managed over the past 18 years. The session will conclude with a brief Q&A, giving everyone an opportunity to exchange ideas and learn from one another.

    Non-Members: $50.00

    Once you are registered, the zoom link will be automatically sent 24 hours before the Session.

    1.0 contact hour for continuing education will be available once the post session survey is completed survey found HERE. You must attend the live session for at least 45 minutes in order to receive contact hours.
